Welcome to the Department of Food Technology, Engineering and Nutrition!

The location in the south of Sweden is a great advantage, as most of the Swedish food and packaging industry is concentrated here.
   
We pursue education at undergraduate, master's and postgraduate levels. At the department we carry out research within subjects connected with the design and production of foods with health benefits.
