Undergraduate education

The department takes part in two study programmes in engineering: Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering. Our courses are aimed at the students who are specialising in Food Technology or Pharmaceutical Technology during the final stage of the education. Most courses are taught in English and available for exchange students.

International MSc programmes

We offer the Master's Programme  "Food Technology and Nutrition" 120 credits. Furthermore, we are one of  the organizers of "The European Masters Degree in Food Studies".

Postgraduate education

Postgraduate education is conducted in most areas of the food chain (from raw materials to the effects on consumer health) as well as within the field of pharmaceutical technology.
